Eating healthier is HARD. I downloaded an app for my Samsung Galaxy SIII called “MyFitnessPal.” It’s pretty handy, as it helps you keep track of the calories you eat throughout the day. And you have to keep track of EVERYTHING. In a way, it’s nice because I don’t get the impulse to eat from the candy dish at home anymore. However, it’s evil because I actually have to search for the calorie contents of my food. Based off my personal goal of hitting 110 pounds by May, I can only take in 1200 calories a day.
